in the chest by making them thinner. Triprolidine hydrochloride is an
antihistamine and dries secretions in the nose and chest. It also causes
drowsiness which is helpful if the cough disturbs sleep.
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride is a decongestant and relieves nasal and
sinus congestion which helps make breathing easier.
